Best for busy couples who want a planner in every detail from “yes” to “I do.” Full Wedding Planning is designed for couples who want guidance through every step of the planning process. Beginning one year before the wedding, this package includes email support, scheduled calls, in-person planning meetings, virtual meetings, vendor recommendations, vendor inquiries, and contract review assistance. We’ll help shape your vision with budget guidance, design direction, a custom wedding mood board, floor plan layout assistance, and a personalized wedding day timeline. You’ll also receive a wedding binder to keep details organized, along with a preferred vendor list to make planning easier. As the wedding gets closer, we’ll handle vendor confirmation emails, host a final details meeting, and coordinate the rehearsal the day before. On the wedding day, an assistant coordinator is included, along with up to 12 hours of on-site coordination, decor setup and tear-down assistance, vendor communication, timeline management, and access to our wedding day essentials kit for minor last-minute needs. $2500
